I just wanted to say thank you to everyone there for an excellent job.                                         
I didnt get a chance to say thank you to the engineer personally as i was at work but the installation seemed to go very smoothly.
The engineer  turned up early as requested, the work was done very quickly and everything is working well. All done with minimum fuss.

Last week we had a boiler installation by your company.

The complete experiance, from the first visit by your estimator to the time your engineers left on Thursday evening was first rate.

My first favourable impression was from your estimator Danny Bishop. He methodically talked me through the installation and answered all of my questions. Particulaly his answers to my questions about your company, which pretty much sold me on the spot!

However a subsequent visit from another company convinced me that another site for the boiler was preferable.  I called your company once more, not knowing if they would considder a second speculative visit worthwhile - i neednt have worried - Danny returned, agreed a revised position for the boiler and offered a more favourable option for the pipework.

Your men (Glen & Matt) arrived on time and started by putting down dustsheets. They worked dilegently, often consulting me on my preferences - and left the first evening with hot water restored.

The second day meant alot more pipework, all undertaken with the same care and attention. On the third day, Glen had another workmate James-who displayed the same thoroughness and attention to detail.

Everything was completed as promised and on schedule-In the process they rectified a problem with the shower unit, gave me a complete show over the finished installation and controls and left the house in good order.

So - all in all - a good job, well done - Thank You.

I am just writing to say a very big 'THANK YOU' to  your company for the installation of our new boiler.
From the very first contact with your company we have been very impressed with service you have provided.
I would also like to congratulate your engineer Steve Griffiths and his son Louis for the excellent job they have done in our home. They completed the installation on time and with the minimum disruption and mess. They also made sure that they cleared up every day and left my home in a good state.

Danny Bishop was very knowledgeable and provided a balanced opinion on which boiler to choose and why. 

The engineer completed the job in the time quoted and cleared up all the rubbish after him, as well as vacuming the place.

Overall I thought the service was excellent.
